Description

This presentation is meant as an introduction to how nutrition can be used to support a behaviour modification programme. We review why nutrition is important to consider in a range of cases, the theory of nutritional intervention for behaviour change, and how this may look in reality. We will also look at some case studies of where nutrition has elicited behaviour change.
