Website Design Feedback

Daniels Notes:

Design A – More playful design and styling throughout using the PNG imagery of the animals to run a style throughout the main pages which can then also lend itself to social / marketing design. Ive used the main brand colours throughout and implemented the curved shapes and buttons to emphasise the more relaxed, playful style. With this design ive incorporated some iconography which I think works alongside the type of design and styling.

Design B – These sets are designed much more with imagery and the colour styling applied. It gives a more creative feel and runs throughout with the photography treatment. There is full width design on every page with the photography being the lead with the design, sharp buttons and bold headings overlaid. Again like with all designs this styling and design works well across each platform.

Design C – These designs are boxed with white space either side of the main content, there are straight lines and a grid structure separating imagery and copy with blue backgrounds used throughout. There is a social tab used next to the menu on each page also.

How do the designs make you feel as a user? Do they appear inviting and easy to navigate, and do they encourage you to explore more of the website?

Are there any elements from the designs that you think should be incorporated or avoided in the final version?

Currently, our website design is tailored to cater to five key audiences: 1) members of the public seeking a member or information, 2) veterinary professionals looking for referral details and resources, 3) non-veterinary and some vet professionals interested in accreditation, assessment, membership benefits, and resources (including webinars, information sheets, etc.), and 4) Our Members 5) Media representatives. Are there any other potential audiences or user groups that we should consider in the design of our website to ensure it meets the needs of all stakeholders?
