When potential clients are already stressed and overwhelmed by behaviour challenges, choosing a behaviourist can feel like one more thing to get wrong… and leave them worrying about picking the wrong person, wasting money or making things worse.

In these moments, decisions aren’t driven by qualifications alone. They’re shaped by emotional factors that sit beneath the surface and by the experience they have of us, before we even meet them.

In this session, we shine a light on one often-overlooked aspect of the client experience that can influence whether someone chooses to work with you, even when you’re ethical, highly skilled and well-qualified.

You’re invited to look at your marketing through this lens, helping you spot where things may be unintentionally working against you and how small shifts can help potential clients feel more confident in choosing you.

 

Presenter Bio:
Gretta is a business strategist for self-employed ethical dog trainers and animal behaviourists.  As an ABTC-registered Clinical Animal Behaviourist and Dog Trainer with multiple businesses under her belt, she’s on a mission to help others succeed in the industry through supportive 1:1 coaching, impactful online courses and websites that wow.  Her days are fuelled by copious cups of tea, sneaky slices of cake and the foot-warming powers of a working cocker who never leaves her side.
