Animal welfare and behaviour specialist with an MRes from the University of Chester, Jessica is a Lecturer in Animal Sciences at University Centre Reaseheath. With over a decade of research experience, she is the former Chair of the BIAZA Animal Welfare Working Group and co-editor of the BIAZA Animal Welfare Toolkit. Jessica is also the author of numerous publications, focusing on equine and zoo animal behaviour and the development of practical animal welfare assessment tools.
