Combining her lifelong love of animals and her expertise in animal behaviour, Emma runs Longthwaite House Animal Care Centre near Wigton in North Cumbria. Here she gets her hands thoroughly dirty with the cattery, horse livery and rare breed sheep, and makes home visits to help her human clients understand and resolve their pet’s behaviour problems. Before this Emma was a University Lecturer specialising in Clinical Animal Behaviour. She co-founded the Animal Behaviour & Training Council which is the regulatory body for pet trainers and behaviour therapists.
